    In case of product malfunctioning, customers should bring along the product to any of the NEXOR branches during working hours.

    Product within one year of purchase is covered by warranty program.

    Warranty is valid only when the proof of purchase is presented together with the product.

    Warranty will be treated as void if the product being misused, serial number has been altered or removed, and hardware opened without authorization.

    1、Inspection fee, Labor charge, transportation of product and personnel, and price of exchanged parts will be charged on customer when their products have no valid warranty.
